He drives operational efficiency and synergy to enhance the business owner and client firm experience across Wells Fargo’s Independent Solutions (IS). In addition, Al leads a team whose responsibilities for IS include, Onboarding and Transitions, Strategic Solutions and Controls, Advisor and Client Firm Services, and Technology Support. Al is active in the industry and has served in leadership roles for the Clearing Firms Forum of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and the Clearing Firms Advisory Committee of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Al is active in the community and currently serves on the board of directors of, Jazz St. Louis and the Craft Alliance Center for Art and Design in St. Louis and has served on the Board of the St. Louis Public Schools Foundation and the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in Richmond, Virginia. Al is currently located in the city of St. Louis, Missouri.
